Terms & Conditions
Prices include VAT, bed linen and towels, water and electricity consumption, and final cleaning. For bookings from October to April, heating is considered "on consumption" based on readings taken at check-in and check-out.
Structure Rules
Check-in & Check-out
The arrival and departure times at the facilities must always be agreed with our staff. However, the general times to be respected are as follows:
Arrival from 16:00 to 21:00
Departure by 10:00 am
Payment of the Stay
Payment terms: 20% deposit upon confirmation of the booking.
The remaining balance of 80% must be paid within 30 days of arrival.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or credit card (visa, mastercard, amex). Upon arrival, a security deposit will be required, either by pre-authorization of a credit card or in cash, which will be refunded at the end of the stay of €300.00.
Cancellation Terms
In the event that you are unable to enjoy your holiday for any reason, we undertake to refund your deposit upon written notification within 90 days from the start date of the stay.
If the cancellation notice is not given within 90 days, the following cancellation conditions will apply:
from the 89th to the 31st day 20% of the total cost
for cancellations received from the 30th to the 22nd day before the stay 70% of the total cost
from the 21st to the 0 day 100% of the total cost
If payment is made by credit card, the cost will be automatically charged.
