Terms & Conditions
Prices include VAT, bed linen and towels, water consumption, electricity, final cleaning. For reservations from October to April the heating is considered "on consumption" based on the readings taken at check-in and check-out.
House Rules
Check-in & Check-out
Arrival and departure times must always be agreed with our staff. However, the times that must generally be respected are as follows:
Arrival from 4.00 pm to 9.00 pm
Departure before 10.00 am
Payment Terms
Unless agreed differently every reservation can be considered finalized with a 20% deposit upon booking confirmation.The remaining 80% balance must be paid within 30 days of arrival.
Accepted payment methods are: bank transfer or credit card (visa, mastercard, amex).
Upon arrival a 300,00€ refundable damage deposit will be required, via pre-approval of a credit card or in cash, which will be refunded at the end of the stay.
Cancellation Terms
In the event that you are unable to enjoy your holiday for any reason, we undertake to refund your deposit upon written notification within 90 days before arrival. If notification of cancellation does not occur within 90 days, the the following cancellation conditions are applied:
from the 89th to the 31st day before arrival: 20% of the total reservation valuefrom the 30th to the 22nd day before arrival: 70% of the total reservation value
from the 21st to the day of arrival: 100% of the total reservation value
If payment is made by credit card the payment will be processed automatically.
